Bo Ram Kwon

Bo (she/her) is the first certified intimacy coordinator in South Korea. She studied film producing in New York and earned her master’s degree from the Korea National University of Arts. With experience producing over a dozen short and independent films across both the U.S. and Korea, she has built a strong foundation in storytelling and on-set collaboration.

While working as an independent film producer, Bo recognized a critical need for better structures and support around intimate scenes—especially in Korean productions, where such conversations were often overlooked. This realization led her to pursue the path of intimacy coordination, with the goal of fostering a healthier and more respectful creative environment in the Korean entertainment industry.

Bo is dedicated to establishing intimacy coordination as a standard practice across both independent and mainstream productions in South Korea, while offering guidance and realistic support to actors, directors, and creative teams navigating scenes involving intimacy.
