Erga Yaari

Born in the United States and raised in Israel, Erga (she/her) is a multidisciplinary professional specializing in two main fields: filming (video-art, TV/film) and emotional coaching. In the past 15 years, she has directed and produced intimate video-art projects that have screened in Israel and Europe, working with actors and non-actors alike on intimate scenes that included nudity and sex. ​In addition, she worked in the film and television industry as an artistic designer for different productions.

As a certified Compass and Non-Violent-Communication (NVC) coach and mediator, she works with individuals and couples in her private clinic and as a facilitator and space-holder in training groups, courses, and workshops. Furthermore, she gained hands-on experience in acting and movement both as a student in a two-year Youth Acting Program at Nissan Nativ Acting Studio (one of the leading acting schools in Israel), and as a young pianist practicing the Alexander Technique (a renowned physical method that focuses on awareness of our postural habits, improved mobility, performance, and alertness along with relief of tension and stress). ​Erga’s vision is to bring the much needed awareness and skills of intimate coordination into the Israeli film and television industry.
