Kristina Markovic

Kristina (she/her) is one of the first certified intimacy coordinators in the Balkan region. With a rich background in a film production department, she has worked on diverse formats such as feature films, TV series, commercials, and documentaries. Throughout her 14-year career in the industry, Kristina has held a wide range of roles in production, including production assistant, casting coordinator, assistant director, location manager, etc. Over time, she established herself as a production manager, primarily working on foreign (service) productions.

Since 2022, Kristina has been actively engaged with intimacy and conscious sexuality, completing various trainings around the world. She launched the Let’s Talk About S*X workshop to raise awareness and inspire transformation in a historically repressed and conservative environment. Through this initiative, she guides groups in exploring personal sexuality with clear communication, consent, and respect for healthy boundaries.

By merging these two passions, Kristina completed intimacy coordinator training, raising standards for filming intimate scenes across the Balkans and beyond. Whether scenes involve nudity, simulated sex, LGBTQIA+ topics, or the intimacy of minors and other sensitive groups, Kristina approaches each task with professionalism. She makes sure that actors feel safe and respected, directors supported in their vision, and the production well-protected.

Fluent in Serbian and English, Kristina collaborates with local and international productions, and is available to travel for projects.
