Magdalena Michalska

Magda (she/her) is a certified intimacy coordinator, psychologist, and sensory integration therapist working in Poland. She is an experienced production manager who has more than a decade of experience working on over 15 features films and many television projects with Polish and international producers, including Netflix, Viaplay, and CBS Reality. In her work as an intimacy coordinator, she combines her experience gained on set with her psychological training which influences her in-depth understanding of the needs of actors, directors, and also the production crew. Creating a safe environment in film and television production is very important to her, and she provides a highly creative and respectful atmosphere to work on intimate scenes at every stage of production. She is bilingual in Polish and English and is based in Warsaw, Poland.
