Masa Neskovic

Maša Nešković (she/her) is a certified Intimacy Coordinator, trained with IPA. With a background in film directing (BA) and polymedia art (Ph.D.), she brings a deep understanding of visual storytelling, on-set collaboration, and performance dynamics. As a director, Maša has worked across film and television, directing the award-winning feature film Asymmetry (2019), as well as short fiction films, mid-length documentaries, and a documentary series on LGBTQ+ rights for Vice TV. She has also directed the fifth season of Ubice Mog Oca (12 episodes), co-directed the second season of Besa (2 episodes), and co-directed the first season of Bunar (11 episodes). In addition, she has worked on major entertainment productions, including Serbia’s Got Talent and The X Factor Serbia.

Beyond directing, she collaborates as a 1st AD and Casting Director, working with both local and international crews. She is currently in production on her first feature-length documentary, Kafka in Belgrade, while also developing her second fiction feature, In Fog, Follow the Dots.
