Nikki Webber Allen
Nikki Webber Allen (she/her) is a 2-time Emmy Award winner with over 20 years of experience in producing, casting and celebrity talent relations for media outlets including HBO, 21st Century FOX, Sony Pictures Television, Warner Bros., ABC, MTV and BET.
In 2013, she launched the nonprofit iLIVEFOR... FOUNDATION, INC. to end mental health stigma among teens and young adults of color. Her work with iLIVEFOR… has been featured in the Washington Post, NPR, NBC and Microsoft News. A sought-after speaker, she has presented at Harvard University, Columbia University Medical School, Allstate Corporate Headquarters and the Global Summit on Mental Health Culture Change in the UK. In 2014, she delivered an impassioned TED Talk entitled, “Don’t suffer from your depression in silence,” which has garnered more than 2.5M views. Combining her passions for the entertainment industry and mental health wellness, Nikki became a certified Intimacy Coordinator in 2021 to help advocate for the physical and emotional safety of actors on set.
She has an M.A. in Media Studies from The New School University in New York, NY, a B.A. in Communications from Rutgers University in New Brunswick. Currently, she’s living between Atlanta and New York City with her husband, musician Jeffrey Allen of the Grammy-nominated R&B band Mint Condition and their mischievous puppy Riplee.
