Racheli Sternberg

Racheli (she/her) is a certified intimacy coordinator and producer with over ten years of experience in theatre and film. Racheli was the development executive for the independent production company Sipur, where she had the privilege of working on projects like Norman (starring Richard Gere) and Swiss Army Man (directed by Academy Award winners Dan Kwan and Daniel Scheinert). Prior to that, she worked at the National Theatre, UK, across several departments.

As an intimacy coordinator, Racheli's primary focus is creating safe, supportive environments for everyone involved in the production process. She addresses any challenges calmly and professionally, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both actors and crew. With experience across all levels of production—whether in offices, rehearsal rooms, or on set—she has gained a deep understanding of the diverse needs and priorities of each department. Racheli is passionate about promoting sex positivity and body positivity, working closely with productions to help them achieve their creative vision responsibly.
