Todd Emerson

Todd (he/him) is a seasoned intimacy coordinator based in Auckland, New Zealand who brings to the work over 25 years of experience as an actor in film, television, and theatre. He began his training in intimacy coordination in 2020 and has continued his education in the field since then. Some of his recent IC credits include Spartacus: House of Ashur and Chief of War. He has also contributed to numerous local and international productions as an IC.

As a proud queer man, Todd is dedicated to amplifying queer narratives and supporting LGBTQIA+ creators. His work is informed by a deep understanding of the emotional and psychological dynamics of actors, ensuring their experiences with intimate scenes are handled with care and respect. Todd holds certifications in First Aid, Mental Health First Aid, and safeguarding and protecting children.
